In addition, he has worked in roles as Director of Engineering, Director of Materials, and Director of Manufacturing in many diverse industries, including semiconductor, medical device, and beverage manufacturing.

Among his more significant accomplishments, Glenn:

• Managed an aggressive $75 million capital equipment expansion and new facility development project which increased capacity by a factor of 10, delivered on time and within budget.

• Led the implementation of an assembly strategy for high-speed automated assembly equipment, with an emphasis on innovation and productivity improvement. Introduced modular changeover technology and reduced changeover times by 80% for equipment running at 500+ parts per minute. Net annual savings of $3+ million were achieved.

• Captured $5 million in cost savings for OEM new product manufacturing. Analyzed existing processes, simplified processes, and streamlined operations.

• Developed a strategic plan, built a capacity model, and demonstrated technical feasibility for vertical integration of machining, saving $1.2 million annually through automation.

• Captured annual plant operational saving of $200,000 by automating air compressor controls, along with implementing high efficiency lighting and a natural gas powered compressor to reduce peak electrical loads.
